Location
Niguel Beach Terrace, is steps away from the famous Strands Beach at Salt Creek Beach Park. This is the same beach that guests from the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel and The St. Regis Monarch Beach use. This area of Dana Point, with it prominent coastal bluffs, is also known as The Headlands and is part of what is referred to as the 'Gold Coast' or 'California Riviera'. With Laguna Beach to the north and San Clemente to the south, our California Beach Retreat is the ideal location for your Southern CA visit. We are centrally located to all of Southern California with both Los Angeles and San Diego 60 miles away.
Our Beach Home
We have completely remodeled this entire unit!!! With Ocean Views from the Master Bedroom, the Living Room, the Kitchen and the Patio, you will feel like you are in paradise. You also have full access to both the Pool and Jacuzzis available within the Niguel Beach Terrace complex.
Living Room
Entering this upper unit you will first notice the fantastic Ocean View from the two main windows in the living room. The brand new couches face towards the oceans so you can sit back and enjoy the view or enjoy the 46 inch flat screen TV. With WiFi Access, you can enjoy your favorite shows via Netflix or throw in a DVD. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the unit, with recessed lighting and vaulted ceilings. An open floor plan integrates the kitchen with the living room and Dining area.
From the living room, you have access to the main patio where you can enjoy the Ocean View from outside. This patio is also accessed from the Master Bedroom. You will find the gas barbecue and a patio table with chairs, so you can sit back and enjoy the view while you grill up your favorite meal. Large sliding patio doors access each deck. Rounding out the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa and several DVD titles that are provided for your enjoyment.
Guest Bedroom
Next is the guest bedroom and bathroom. This large room also has vaulted ceilings, brand new furniture, a ceiling fan, and a king size bed with a brand new mattress and comforter. The large sliding patio door accesses the second deck. Enjoy the 40 inch TV from the comfort of your bed.
The brand new bathroom features, granite countertops with two sinks, new flooring, a new bath tub and shower. The brand new stacked washer and dryer are located in the closet.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a king size sleigh bed with a new mattress and comforter, a ceiling fan, a clock radio, and a large sliding patio door with access to the main patio. Sit back and relax from the comfort of your bed while you watch your favorite TV show and enjoy the beautiful ocean view.
The Master Bathroom has also been fully renovated expanding its original size to give you more room. There are brand new granite counter tops with two sinks to give you extra space to move around. The brand new shower has multiple fixtures and a bench to create a comfortable experience.
Kitchen
The kitchen was designed to integrate with the main living areas. From the kitchen you will be able to interact with everyone in both the dining area and living room. This open feel will allow you to be fully involved in any conversation taking place in the living room. There is also custom breakfast bar attached to the kitchen with additional seating. The brand new appliances include: Microwave, Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Wine Fridge, and Keurig. Most importantly, you can enjoy the Beautiful Ocean View from the Kitchen and breakfast Bar.
Payment Policy
The Rental Fee will be due 30 days before your arrival at the Condo.
